THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between ESCAMBIA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and the COUNCIL ON AGING OF WEST FLORIDA, INC., a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida", hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient", for the sole purpose of administering the Rural Elderly Assistance Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Project".
