WHEREAS, the Discovery Tree Preschools, Inc. (herein “DT”), and Kid Ease Child Care Center, Inc., a California nonprofit corporation [formerly known and named in prior agreements between the parties as Kid Ease Child Care Center, Inc. (herein “Kid Ease”)] entered into a written Agreement effective the 20th day of May, 2001, which was renewed on May 20, 2004, and on August 1, 2006, and on September 16, 2011; and,
