This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 21, 2021, by and among Goode Family Farm LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (the “Company”), John and Bea Goode (the “Sellers”) and Mark and Lisa Neu (the “Buyer”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement are defined in Exhibit A.
