This is an Agreement made and operative as of the 1st day of January, 2021, between the COUNTY OF PLACER, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and Sutter Valley Hospitals dba Sutter Roseville Medical Center, a California nonprofit corporation, and Sutter Valley Hospitals dba Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, a California nonprofit corporation, hereinafter the Sutter Valley Hospitals facilities are collectively referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
