THIS Memorandum of Understanding (this “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the day of , 2023, by and between the Community Health Center of Burlington (“CHCB”), the City of Winooski (“CITY”) and the Champlain Housing Trust, (“CHT”). CHT, the CITY, and CHCB may each be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
