(“SFE”) and the local Natural Gas Company and Electric Distribution Utility (“NGC/EDU”) for the Service Address on the Natural Gas and/or Electricity Agreements (“Agreement(s)”). For purposes of the Agreement(s) You will be deemed a residential customer if You are a customer for residential purposes. You will be deemed a small commercial customer if You are a commercial customer that consumes less than 700,000 kilowatt hours per year or consumes less than 500,000 cubic feet of natural gas per year.
