Welcome media professionals! We appreciate you coming to the Mint to cover this historic event. This letter confirms the agreement of The Mint 400 (“licensor”) and you, the recipient /signatory to this document (“licensee”) concerning permission to write copy (stories), shoot photography, (“event photos”) and capture/record video footage (“event footage”) of and at – “The 2019 BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400” festivities (held Wednesday, March 6th – Friday, March 8th in Las Vegas, Nevada) AND race, (Saturday, March 9th – Sunday, March 10th in Jean and Primm, Nevada), hereafter referred to as (the “Event”).
