THIS INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of day of December, 2018 (“Effective Date”), and is between BURIAL BEER CO., LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, and FORESTRY CAMP LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as “Burial Beer”), and BUNCOMBE COUNTY, a public body politic and a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (“County”).
