This agreement contains the Custody Account Agreement (the “Agreement”) related to the custody account (the “Custody Account”) made available to eligible consumers by Synapse Financial Technologies, Inc. (SynapseFI), Evolve Bank & Trust, an Arkansas banking corporation (the “Bank”), on behalf of Elevated Principles Inc.(“Loved”), the program partner responsible for managing the Custody Account and providing customer service to you. “We,” “Bank,” “our,” and “us” refer to SynapsefI and the Bank, our successors, affiliates, or assignees. "You," “User” and "your" refer to refer to the person accepting the terms of this Agreement.
