This Standard Contract (“CONTRACT”) sets forth the respective responsibilities and obligations with regard to the SERVICES to be provided to the Centennial School District, a public school district and a political subdivision, whose address is 433 Centennial Road, Warminster, PA 18974, hereinafter referred to as the “DISTRICT”.
