D/B/A Brite Computers ("Brite"), a New York corporation having a principal place of business at 7647 Main Street, Victor, NY 14564, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and the County of Hidalgo, Texas(“Customer”), a(n) governmental entity with offices at 100 E. Cano Edinburg, Texas 78539, on behalf of itself, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Brite and Customer are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
