This Agreement specifies the terms and conditions of your use of the Product. ConnectWise is willing to license its Product to You as the individual, company or legal entity that will be using the Product, but only on the condition that You accept all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is a legal and enforceable contract between ConnectWise and You. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business organization or other legal entity, You represent that You have the authority to bind such organization or entity, in which case the terms "You", "Your" or "Licensee" shall refer to such organization or entity.
