Box XXXXX-50100 Kakamega, Kenya (here-in-after referred to as ‘’LVNWSB’’ or the WSB), Water Services Trust Fund of P.O Box 49699-00100, Nairobi, Kenya (hereinafter referred to as ‘’WSTF’’) and Mr. Alex Ambetsa of P.O. Box xxxxxx– 50100, Kakamega, Kenya (hereinafter referred to as ‘’Land Owner’’).
