This Agreement sets forth the terms and on which Pacifica will make audio programs available to Affiliate for broadcast, and Pacifica will provide certain services to Affiliates (“Pacifica Affiliated Services”), as those Pacifica Affiliated Services are developed during the term of the Agreement.
