These Electronic License Terms and Conditions (the "PELTC"), effective as of the date of acceptance pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof (the "Effective Date"), are by and between Picwell, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Provider"), and the customer ("Customer") identified on the Subscription PELTC or Subscription Order Form into which this PELTC is incorporated by reference ("Order Form").
