THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of March 14, 2018, (the “Effective Date”) by and among WESTGATE INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Seller” or “WIG”), on the one hand, and the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a charter city and a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California (“Buyer” or “City”), on the other hand.
