The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, located at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, Texas 77058 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA JSC")" enters into this Reimbursable Space Act Agreement in accordance with 52 USC 20113(e) with the Starport NASA Exchange-JSC, located at 2101 W. NASA Parkway, Mail Code: AH12, Houston, Texas 77058-3607(hereinafter referred to as "JSC Starport"). NASA and JSC Starport may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
