This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Otte Oil & Propane, 3435 Maple Street, Box 38, Davey, NE 68336 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 3, 2022 executed under City Directorial Order No. 27531, and County Contract C-22-0168, dated March 8, 2022 for Annual Supply – Propane, Bid No. 22-020, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
