THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this 9th day of March 2021, by and between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and Partners Environmental Consulting, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional environmental assessment and reporting services for Client with respect to Bid 21-004 RFP – Pueblo Brownfields Assessment Project (PL2006) and related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
