In consideration of Haliburton Hockey Haven Inc. (“HHH”) providing a camp program (the “Camp”) and in which the undersigned’s child or children (collectively, the “Camper”) is enrolled and allowing the Camper to use any part of the premises, facilities or equipment operated by HHH at the property located at 2797 Kashagawigamog Lake Road, Haliburton, Ontario (the “Property”) and owned by the Operator’s affiliate (the “Owner”) or at A.J. LaRue Arena in Haliburton (the “Rink” and collectively with the Property, the “Facilities”) and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, on behalf of itself, the Camper and any other parent or legal guardian of the Camper or any successors-in-interest (the “Undersigned”), agrees in favour of HHH as follows:
