Trade-PMR, Inc. will act only as broker-dealer effecting transactions as instructed by your Advisor and/or Manager(s) and First Clearing, LLC will act as custodian for your accounts. Trade-PMR, Inc. will charge fees for its services separate from fees charged by your Advisor. The Manager(s) will charge fees separate from your Advisor.
