This document elaborates an agreement of the Greece-Italy Regulatory Authorities (hereinafter: “concerned NRAs”), agreed on 18 April 2019 on the Greece-Italy NEMO and TSO (hereinafter: “concerned NEMOs and TSOs”) proposal for Complementary Regional Intraday Auctions (hereinafter: “CRIDA proposal”), submitted in accordance with Article 63 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (hereinafter: “CACM Regulation”).
