This AGREEMENT, effective July 1, 2014, is by and between Local 26 of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, such Local hereinafter referred to jointly as the “Union,” and the Pacific Maritime Association on behalf of the covered Employers of watchmen, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer.”
