THIS WORK AUTHORIZATION (this “Work Authorization”) is made pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section I.A. of the AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (the “Agreement”) dated August 13, 2019, made by and between Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1, action herein by and through the BOARD OF DIRECTORS, hereinafter called the “Owner,” and, Javier Hinojosa Engineering, professional engineers of McAllen, Texas, hereinafter called “Engineer”. All defined terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
