THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ("Contract") is made and entered into on May 9, 2024, by and between the Board of Trustees of the Richmond Elementary School District (hereafter referred to as "Governing Board," "Board," or "District,") and Brian Boyer (hereafter referred to as "Superintendent/Principal") (collectively referred to as the "Parties"). This Contract supersedes any and all other agreements, oral or written, between the Parties as of the date of the commencement of the term of this Contract.
