This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between City of Haines City (“Service Requestor”), a local government, organized under the laws of Florida and the University of Central Florida Research Foundation, Inc. (“UCFRF”), a direct support organization and instrumentality acting for the benefit of and on behalf of The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees (“UCF”); individually, “Party”, or collectively, “Parties”.
