This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Atlantic Money Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 13057810 and registered office at 3rd Floor 1 Ashley Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, UK, WA14 2DT (“we,” “us”, “our”) and the individual that creates a User Account (defined below) with us (“you”, “your”), each a “party” and together the “parties”.
