Cloud Services may include software as a service (SaaS) and remote storage or processing of data. “Confidential Information” means information not generally known to the public that is (a) made available or disclosed by a Disclosing Party to a Receiving Party in writing and (b) designated by the Disclosing Party in writing as Confidential.
