TAXATION, STAMPING, ESCROW, AND DIRECTORY (“Compact”) is entered into between the State of Nebraska (“State”) and the Santee Sioux Nation (“Nation”). The State and the Nation are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
