This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Eastern New York Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“ENYR MLS”), with offices at 451 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party”); and the individual or business association identified as “Consultant” on the signature page below, if any (“Consultant”).
