These policies are the Marketing Support Agreement (the “Marketing Agreement”) between SDMM, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “SDMM”), and you as a Registered Developer (“Developer”) that apply to you and each Registered Application (“App”). The Marketing Agreement is intended to help SDMM Registered Apps increase visibility. Additionally, you are required to follow all other terms, policies and agreements as outlined in your Developer Program Agreement or this agreement is subject to immediate termination.
