This Contract is made and entered into on the date last signed below by and between Lone Star College System (“LSCS”), a public junior college pursuant to Section 130.004 of the Texas Education Code, on behalf of Lone Star College – Kingwood, and (“Vendor”). LSCS and Vendor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
