This Employee Assistance Program Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective October 1, 2020 by and between Webb County, hereinafter referred to as “Employer” and Deer Oaks EAP Services, a Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as "Company”.
