The Parties herein have agreed to enter into an Agreement whereby the Purchaser wishes to purchase the goods from the Supplier and the Supplier wishes to sell the goods to the Purchaser on the terms and conditions contained herein. The parties agree to, at all times, act in the spirit of developing a strategic partnership with one another.
