Box 276, Wahoo, NE 68066 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated January 29, 2021 executed under City Directorial Order No. 25104, and County Contract C-21-0040, dated January 19, 2021 for Annual Supply - Rental of 4-Wheel & Front Wheel Drive Tractors, Quote No. 6336, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
