The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “VIMNAtion Community Platform” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by MTV Networks Africa (Pty) Limited t/a Viacom International Media Networks Africa (VIMN). (1 Saxon Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, South Africa) (“THE CLIENT”) and powered by Vision Critical Research Solutions (UK) Limited (1 Boundary Row, 1st Floor, London, SE1 8HP) ("Service Provider," “we,” or “our”), on behalf of VIMN.
