This Electric Service Agreement (“ESA”) is entered into as of July 9, 2014 ("Effective Date") by and between First Point Power, LLC, a Rhode Island corporation located at 2000 Chapel View Blvd., Suite 450, Cranston, RI (“Competitive Supplier”), and the Town of North Brookfield, located at 215 North Main Street, North Brookfield, MA 01535 (the “Aggregator”).
