The contractor, West Wind Education Policy Inc. (hereafter referred to as Contractor), will provide the client, Cedar Rapids Community School District, (hereafter referred to as Client) consulting services to support the CRCSD Safety Advisory Council. Ths contract pertains to services provided between February 2024 - June 2024, specifically the Scope of Work specified on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated into this contract by this reference. Additional contracts will be crafted to include consulting services beyond June 2024 and can be crafted to extend to services beyond the scope of work in Exhibit “B.” Modifications to this scope of work may only be made upon written agreement between Contractor and Client.
