This Agreement is made and entered into pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code by and between Harris County, Texas, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, herein after called the “County” and the City of Baytown a home-rule city under the laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter called “Baytown.” The County and Baytown may each be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
