This Broadband Capital Projects Fund Grant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the State of Oklahoma by and through the Oklahoma Broadband Office (OBO) and the (“Subrecipient”), , a registered non-federal entity existing under the laws of Oklahoma that provides broadband service, including, but not limited to, a for-profit, a non-profit, cooperative, local government, municipality or tribal entity. The OBO has determined that this ISP is a subrecipient under 2 CFR § 200.331, and the “SLFRF and CPF Supplementary Broadband Guidance” dated May 17, 2023. The Agreement includes both this Broadband Capital Projects Fund Grant Agreement and the Grant Award Notifications for each project. This Agreement is further subject to all applicable Treasury Guidance.
