This Cooperative Agreement (Agreement) is made this day of 20__, between the State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, institute for higher education, for the use and benefit of ___________________________(College) and __________________________________ (Local Education Provider) pursuant to the Concurrent Enrollment Programs Act, Sections 22-35-101 to 112, C.R.S., (Act). The Acts provide options for high school students to enroll in courses offered by the College. The College and the Local Education Provider have decided to establish a Concurrent Enrollment Program pursuant to the Acts and therefore enter into this Agreement.
