MANAGER has determined that it is reasonably necessary and appropriate to engage the services of a firm to provide certain crowd management services (“Services”) required at various events ("Events") at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California (“Job Site”). In rendering these services, CONTRACTOR shall exercise the ordinary standard of care expected in the crowd management services industry.
