ExteNet Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, authorized to do business in Kansas (“ExteNet”) provides infrastructure for wireless service providers and leases the use of their facilities to those wireless service providers and users of wireless connectivity. ExteNet is proposing to install wireless facilities on City-owned street lights. Each installation will be governed by the terms of the Master License Agreement ("MLA").
