Sourcewell and Amici Engineering Contractors (“Contractor”) have entered into an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract, Contract Number FL-R10-GC10-111821-AME, with an initial term ending December 28, 2022, and three bilateral options to extend for an additional one-year term (“Contract”). The parties agree to modify and extend the Contract as stated below.
