This First Amendment to Contract No. FY2019-25 (“Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of the day of , 2020 (“Amendment Effective Date”), by and between WASTE CONNECTIONS OF ALASKA, INC. (“Contractor”), and KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH (the “Borough”). Contractor and the Borough are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement (as defined below).
