This amends the Agreement between The Regents of the University of California [on behalf of LOCATION] and ______________ (“Supplier”) dated [date]. If the terms of this Addendum conflict with the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Addendum will take precedence. As used herein, the term "Supplier" includes Supplier and its sub-suppliers at any tier.
