Plaintiffs Hyun Choi, Anna House, and Amy Pham (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”) and Defendant Brown University (“Defendant” or “Brown”) (collectively, the “Settling Parties”) enter into this Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below) upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, and subject to the final approval of the Court.
