These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the documents and policies incorporated and referenced in these Terms, are a contract (the “Agreement”) between you (“You”, “Your”, “Yourself”, and/or “User” as defined in Section 2 below), BMO Harris Bank N.A. (“Bank”), and Bill.com, LLC (along with its affiliates, successors and assigns, “Bill.com”). The Terms and its Schedule form part of and are incorporated into any agreements or terms of service (“Bank Terms”) agreed to by You related to Your banking relationship with Bank, and govern Your use of BMO Bill Connect and related services offered by Bank and provided by Bill.com (collectively, the “Service”).
