This Google Cloud Marketplace - Energyworx EULA (this “Agreement”) is between the person or entity described as the provider of the Service on the Listing (“Vendor” or “Energyworx” ”) and the person or entity agreeing to these terms (“You” or “Customer”). This Agreement states the terms under which Vendor will provide the Service to You. By accessing or using the Service, You are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement (the date of such action, the “Effective Date”). If You are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, then You represent and agree that You have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If You do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you cannot use the Service.
