This Second Amendment to Agreement for Asbestos Inspection Services (“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Terracon Consultants, Inc. (“CONSULTANT”). County and CONSULTANT may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
